The present invention relates to a built-in box arrangement for receiving sanitary fittings according to the preamble of claim 1.
STATE OF THE ART
From DE 94 10 742 U1 an installation box for sanitary elements has become known. The installation box has a lower box and a front component. The position of the front component can be shifted relative to the lower box, so that a front edge of the front component can be adjusted to an installation situation.
A disadvantage of DE 94 10 742 U1 is that any leakage water cannot be discharged from the installation box, or only in an uncontrolled manner.
PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION
Based on this prior art, the present invention has for its object to provide a box assembly that overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art. In particular, any leakage water should be able to be drained well from the installation box.
This object is achieved by the subject of claim 1. Accordingly, a built-in box assembly for receiving sanitary fittings includes a built-in box for fixed connection to a fixedly arranged mounting structure, in particular an assembly frame, which built-in box defines an interior side wall with a lower wall section and the has the lower wall section upwards adjoining side wall sections, and an adjustment frame with a frame wall.
The setting frame is slidably mounted on the installation box between two end positions, so that the position of the front edges of the frame wall can be adjusted to the installation situation. After the setting has been made, the setting frame can be fixed on the installation box. This means that the setting frame is firmly connected to the installation box. The interior serves to accommodate the said sanitary fittings. The adjustment frame lies with a lower frame leg on the outside with respect to the interior to the lower wall section of the side wall of the installation box, the lower frame leg extending in any position under the lower wall section of the side wall.
The arrangement of the lower side wall, which is on the outside to the interior and below the lower wall section, has the advantage that any leakage water coming from the sanitary fittings can drip from the lower wall section onto the lower frame leg. As a result, leakage water can easily be collected through the lower frame leg.
Another advantage of the arrangement described above is that the adjustment frame can perform two different functions at the same time; On the one hand, the installation frame arrangement can be adapted to the local situation on site with the adjustment frame, and on the other hand, the adjustment frame serves to guide away any leakage water.
The installation box and the mounting structure are preferably in an installation situation behind a pretext, with the adjustable adjustment frame possible assembly tolerances between the installation box and the pretext can be compensated. The front edges are aligned parallel to the level of the front wall.
Preferably, the adjustment frame and the installation box is essentially rectangular in cross section when viewed from the front.

An upper frame leg of the adjustment frame is preferably made of metal and is connected to the side frame legs.

DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
1 shows a built-in box arrangement 1 for sanitary fittings 2. The installation box arrangement 1 essentially comprises a installation box 3 and an adjustment frame 9, which is arranged to be displaceable relative to the installation box 3. The installation box 3 is in a fixed connection with a stationary mounting structure 4. In the figures, the installation box 3 is connected to two supports 34 of an assembly frame. The supports 34 can be connected with their feet to a building floor.
In the embodiment shown, the installation box arrangement further comprises a frame 35, which is used for the optical formwork. A service door 23 is also arranged. The frame 35 is optional and can be connected to the installation box 3 or the adjustment frame 9.
The installation box arrangement 1 will now be described in more detail with reference to FIG. 2. As already mentioned, the installation box 3 serves for the fixed connection to a fixedly arranged mounting structure 4. The installation box 3 has a side wall 6 defining an interior space 5. The side wall 6 surrounds the interior 5 laterally. In the embodiment shown, a rear wall 22 is also arranged, which essentially completely closes the installation box 3 towards the rear. The installation box 3 is open towards the front. This means that the side wall 6 defines a front opening 36 through which the interior 5 is accessible. At the bottom, the side wall 6 has a lower wall section 7. The lower wall section 7 is adjoined at the top by two side wall sections 8 of the side wall 6. An upper wall section 37 then connects the two side wall sections 8. The lower wall section 7 is formed parallel to the upper wall section 37 and the two side wall sections 8 likewise run parallel to one another. The side wall sections 8 are at right angles to the lower wall section 7 and to the upper wall section 37. Other shapes are also conceivable.
The adjustment frame 9 essentially has a frame wall 10. The setting frame 9 is mounted on the installation box 3 between two end positions. The displacement is such that the position of the front edges 11 of the frame wall 10 can be adjusted to the installation situation. This means that the frame wall 10 can be adjusted with its front edges 11 flush with the front side of a front wall, which can optionally be covered with fleeces. After the setting has been made, the setting frame 9 can be correspondingly fixed on the installation box 3, so that the setting frame 9 cannot be moved any further.
The interior 5 serves to accommodate the said sanitary fittings 2. In the embodiment shown, a drain valve 31, a siphon 32 located after the drain valve 31 and a fresh water connection 33 are arranged in the interior 5. These components serve to supply fresh water to a washstand or to carry waste water away from said washstand. The arrangement of other sanitary fittings for other elements is also conceivable.
The adjustment frame 9 is arranged with a lower frame leg 12 on the outside with respect to the interior 5 to the lower wall section 7 of the side wall 6 of the installation box 3. This means that the lower frame leg 12 does not protrude into the interior 5, but is on the outside to the interior 5. The lower frame leg 12 extends below the side wall 6. The lower frame leg 12 is designed such that the lower frame leg 12 in each position of the adjustment frame 9 extends under the lower wall section 7 of the side wall 6. In other words, the lower frame leg 12 projects under the lower wall section 7 of the side wall 6 in any position. This has the advantage that any leakage water coming from said sanitary fittings 2 can flow from the interior via the lower wall section 7 to the lower frame leg 12. The leakage water can then flow off via the lower frame leg 12.
From the perspective view of Figure 2 and the sectional view of Figure 3 can be seen that the lower frame leg 12 is in the installed position with respect to a horizontal plane H sections with an angle inclined. The angle bears the reference symbol α in FIG. 3. The angle is such that the leakage water which strikes the lower frame leg 12 is led away from the installation box 3. In other words, the lower frame leg 12 is designed to be angularly inclined in the installed position with respect to the inner surface 30 of the lower wall section. The angle α is preferably in a range from 1 ° to 10 °.
A front view of the installation box arrangement 1 is shown in FIG. In the embodiment shown, the installation box 3 has two water outlet points 13. These two water outlet points 13 are each arranged in the corner area of the installation box 3. This means that the water outlet points 13 are arranged in an area in which the side wall sections 8 adjoin the lower wall section 7. Any leakage water will flow laterally to the water outlet points 13 on the lower wall section 7 and can flow there onto the lower frame leg 12. However, it is also possible to arrange further outlet points 13 on the lower wall section 7 between the two side wall sections 8. In Figure 5, the water outlet is symbolized by the outlet points 13 with an arrow W.
In the embodiment shown, the lower wall section 7 of the installation box 3 has a reinforcing tab 14 projecting from the lower wall section 7 essentially at right angles. The reinforcing tab 14 is shortened here with respect to the distance between the two side wall sections 8. This creates space for the water outlet point 13 between the end regions of the reinforcing tab 14 and the respective side wall section 8. The water outlet point 13 is arranged here on the end side of the reinforcement tab 14. In other words, the reinforcement tab 14 is pierced between the two side wall sections 8 by two water outlet points 13. The reinforcement tab 14 has two effects. On the one hand, the reinforcement tab 14 serves to reinforce the installation box 3. On the other hand, the reinforcement tab 14 serves as a guide element for the leakage water. That is, the reinforcement tab 14 guides the leakage water to the corresponding water outlet points 13.
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the lower frame leg 12 each has an upwardly projecting lateral frame leg 15. The side frame leg 15 is arranged here in sections outside the interior 5 and extends here in sections inside the interior 5. In the embodiment shown, the side frame leg 15 has a slot 16 which is open towards the installation box 3. The slot 16 receives parts of the side wall section 8 of the installation box 3. This recording can be easily recognized in FIG. 2. FIG. 5, which shows a detail of FIG. 4, shows that in the area of the transition from the lower wall section 7 to the side wall section 8 of the installation box 3, a cranking section 17 is arranged. The cranking section 17 runs parallel to the lower wall section 7 and essentially at right angles to the side wall section 8. The slot 16 receives the cranking section 17, the cranking section 17 extending transversely through the slot 16. At this point there is the transition at which the side frame section 15 merges from its position outside the interior 5 into the position located within the interior 5.
The adjusting frame 9 is formed in several parts in the embodiment shown. The side frame legs 15 consist essentially of plastic and the lower frame leg 12 is essentially made of metal. The lower frame leg 12 also provides parts of the side frame leg 15 here. These parts include said slot 16.
Furthermore, the setting frame 9 in the embodiment shown comprises an upper frame leg 18, which is also made of metal and is connected to the side frame legs 15. The upper frame leg 18 extends into the interior 5 of the installation box 3.
The side frame legs 15 of the adjustment frame 9 have at least one slot 19. In the embodiment shown, two elongated holes 19, which are spaced apart and run parallel to one another, are arranged per frame leg 15. One screw 20 extends through the elongated hole 19 and engages in threaded openings 21 on the side wall section 8 of the installation box 3. When the screws 20 are loosened, the setting frame 9 can be moved relative to the installation box 3. When the screws 20 are tightened, the setting frame 9 is fixed accordingly on the installation box 3. The ends of the elongated hole 19 essentially define said end positions. This means that the installation box 3 can be moved relative to the installation box 3 by the length of the elongated hole 19.
In the embodiment shown, both the lower wall section 7 of the installation box and the lower frame leg 12 of the adjusting frame 9 each have at least one through opening 24, 25 for the passage of a drain pipe 26. The passage opening 24 in the lower wall section 7 is provided with a seal 38, so that no leakage water can escape between the drain pipe 26 and the passage opening 24. The passage opening 25 in the lower frame leg 12 of the setting frame 9 is designed as an elongated hole, so that the displaceability of the setting frame 9 is ensured when the drain pipe 26 is already installed.
Furthermore, in each case at least one through opening 27, 28 is arranged in the upper frame leg 18 and in the upper wall section 37. Fresh water lines 29 or the drain pipe can be led into the interior 5 through these through openings 27, 28. The through opening 28 in the upper wall section 37 of the setting frame 9 is also designed as an elongated hole, so that the displaceability of the setting frame 9 is also ensured here.
In the embodiment shown, a partition 39 is also present, which divides the interior here into a fresh water space 40 and a waste water space 41. The partition extends here through the interior 5 from the lower wall section 7 to the upper wall section 37. The fresh water connection 33 is arranged in the fresh water chamber 40 and the drain valve 31 and the siphon 32 are arranged in the waste water chamber 41.
